Secure Patient Transport for patients detained, or liable for detention, under the Mental Health Act 1983 is undertaken in specially designed ambulances, designed to support patients with a variety of presentations, in an environment which is caring, and patient focused. Our specially trained staff are DBS checked, Safeguarding, Prevent and Mental Health Trained.
Our experienced Secure Ambulance Care Assistants carry out a range of duties in the support of a diverse spectrum of patients, from Informal and Acute to Forensic. This includes:
