Elite Medical’s new website is now LIVE!
Offering some of the most powerful and innovative tools for both staff and customers, Elite Medical’s new platform launches with an array of clever functions that will allow for a seamless interaction between customers and headquarters. The new company website offers customers a quick and direct link to the correct member of staff; saving precious time when it can matter the most.
Working alongside Sussex-based digital media specialists, MediaBite Group, Elite Medical has produced a bespoke, industry-specific website which not only offers information about the company’s practices and services but also serves as a conduit between the different departments within the company and channels communications in the most effective manner.
Ben Callaway, Director of Elite Medical, said:
“We had been keen to rebuild our company website for some time, but didn’t want to approach the build with the view of developing a ‘brochure’ site. We wanted to build something that had the ability to serve as an extra member of the team; simplifying client communications and making it easy to access important information and resources for our staff, wherever they may be. I believe we’ve achieved our goal and the effects are already being felt within the walls of our headquarters.”
Express contact
Most prominent functions on the new site include the communications aspects. New contact forms have been produced to provide a direct contact with respective divisions within the company in order to speed up the process for customers. These forms not only provide concisely structured areas for customers to input details of their specific needs but once completed, they can be safe in the knowledge that the right person at the expanding centre at the company headquarters, will receive the details of their request. This direction has been developed to ensure a speedy and effective experience for all Elite Medical clients.
Secure crew access
Other developments included in the new platform include dynamic areas that are only accessible by members of staff. These sections within the new website include detailed and extensive, searchable documentation for reference, along with important files and information that all members of Elite Medical staff can access from anywhere, at any time.
Mobile-enabled
The new Elite Medical web platform has been designed with mobile in mind. Recognising the fact that most teams work remotely; either deployed at events, offering mobile transfers, or providing services for any one of the growing number of services that the company now provides, the website needed to offer the new and powerful tools in an effective way for staff to access from handheld mobile devices. This required additional levels of development in order to provide a dynamic and usable format for smartphones.

Alongside the powerful communication tools that are present in the new Elite Medical website, you’ll also find comprehensive information on all available training courses available from the highly trained, expert, in-house team. Courses have been designed to meet the health and safety and first aid requirements of every type of client, ranging from individuals to corporations.
All Elite Medical trainers have an emergency services background and bring a vast amount of real-life experience to any event. Adopting a learner-first strategy, Elite Medical’s training provides participants with the experience of applying training, sharing and analysing experiences with others in to enable them to generalise principles and plan the application of the training in their work.
Requirements calculator
Deciding what’s required for training can be a difficult and time-consuming task. Thankfully, Elite Medical has built a first aid requirements calculator into their new web platform. Simply tap into the training section, click on the tool and your answers will be derived simply and quickly from the information requested. This, in turn, will be delivered to the training team, who will respond to inquiries promptly and in confidence.
Open training sessions are hosted regularly at Elite Medical’s Sussex-based training facility, but training sessions can be provided at any workplace or external venue.
